2. OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WILL ASSIST YOU: Our knowledgable representatives will answer all your precious metals questions, provide you with a variety of purchase options tailored to your specific needs and preferences, and give you an up-to-the minute market quote for the product(s) you wish to purchase.

Please note: Because of the volatility of the precious metals market, all Eagle Gold and Silver prices posted on this site reflect ONLY RECENT MARKET TREND INDICATIONS. The exact price at which you will be buying can only be confirmed via telephone with an Eagle Gold and Silver sales representative along with an Order Confirmation Number.

3. PLACE YOUR ORDER: When you have chosen the type and quantity of product you wish you purchase, we will then issue you an Eagle Gold and Silver Order Confirmation Number to lock in your precious metals price(s) and confirm your order. We will then ask for your shipping details and full contact information.

We offer free shipping and insurance for Gold, Platinum, and Palladium products of 10 ounces or more, and for Silver products of 300 ounces or more. For all orders that do not meet the above minimum ounce requirements there is a $24 USD shipping and insurance fee.

Please note: Once you place your order and are issued a confirmation number, you will have entered into a legally binding contract with Eagle Gold and Silver LLC. BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ OUR LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. There are no cancellations or changes once an order confirmation number has been issued.


ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED:

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION: Once you place an order with us we will email you an Order Confirmation with payment instructions. This will be the first of 3 emails you will receive regarding your order. Please remit payment within the first available banking business day.

5. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION: All payment funds must be confirmed by our bank representative and Eagle Gold and Silver LLC prior to shipment of your order. Once those funds have cleared, we will email you a Payment Confirmation. We will then immediately prepare your shipment for delivery.

6. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION: Once your product has shipped, we will send you a 3rd and final email, which will include the name of the shipping company, the shipment tracking number, and the scheduled date of delivery. In almost all cases, products will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. All our shipments are fully insured.

1. At Eagle Gold and Silver LLC, time is of the essence in expediting your order. In nearly all cases, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of confirmation of funds. Please note, due to volatility in the market, sometimes there will be backorder delays on certain products. Shipping times CANNOT be guaranteed due to volatile precious metals market conditions that can, from time to time, restrict supply, and thereby delay shipments. Shipping delays can also arise due to severe weather, delayed holiday shipping times, and other unforeseen transportation delays.

2. We ship by UPS, FedEx, and occassionally by United States Postal Service Insured Registered Mail. All of these are the safest forms of shipment for high worth valuables, and ship under utmost security until your order reaches its shipping destination.

Shipments may be held at your UPS or FedEx shipping center, or at your local post office if you are not at your designated delivery location to receive your package. If you are not present when your delivery arrives, UPS, FedEx, and USPS will leave you a notification indicating time and date of their attempted delivery. They are further required to make three delivery attempts during which time your package will be securely held at your local respective shipping centers until you are able to pick up the shipment and sign a proof of delivery receipt.

3. All shipping charges on standard orders are paid for in their entirety by Eagle Gold and Silver LLC, with the exception of overnight delivery. On non–standard orders (orders smaller than our stated minimums), you may be responsible for shipping costs.

4. Insurance on all standard orders, irrespective of type and size, is paid by Eagle Gold and Silver LLC. On non–standard orders (orders smaller than our stated minimums), you may be responsible for insurance costs.
